Terms of Service

The service provides interview practice and AI-generated feedback for preparation purposes.

You are responsible for the documents and recordings you upload and for how you use the feedback.

Plans, payments and cancelling

Payments are taken and managed by Stripe. Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown before you pay.

One-off purchases

The Tester is a three-question interview, available once per person to new customers only. The Test Drive is one full interview. Subscribers can also buy extra interviews (1, 3 or 6) as one-off add-ons. Interviews bought this way are kept until you use them, including if a subscription ends.

Subscriptions

Core Practice includes 3 full interviews each month and Intensive Prep includes 6. A subscription is paid monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until you cancel it. Each month's interviews are available from the start of that billing month; interviews you don't use in a month do not carry over to the next.

A subscription started at a launch price keeps that price for as long as it continues without being cancelled. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price at that time applies.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will try again, and the new month's interviews become available once the payment succeeds.

Pausing

You can pause a subscription at any time from Settings. While it is paused you are not charged and no monthly interviews are provided; interviews left in the month you pause are not kept. You can resume at any time. Pausing is always optional: you can cancel instead.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings, through the billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your plan's interviews until the end of the billing month you have paid for. Your reports and history stay in your account.

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have 14 days from a purchase or the start of a subscription to cancel it. Because the service begins as soon as you start an interview, starting one within those 14 days means you ask us to begin straight away and you lose the right to cancel for what you have already used. Otherwise, payments are not refunded for part of a billing month or for unused interviews, except where the law requires.

Your bank statement

Payments appear on your bank statement under a discreet name that does not describe the service.
